Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day refunds

You can request a refund for Skillfast Lifetime within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

How to request a refund

Email tudorbuildstools@gmail.com from the address used for your purchase. Include your order number or payment receipt so we can locate the transaction. Do not send card details.

Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

After a refund

The refunded Pro license is disabled. You can continue using Skillfast's Free features. We do not delete your saved skills or packs when your license is disabled.

No subscription to cancel

Skillfast Lifetime is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscription renewals to cancel. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically request a refund.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If you have a problem outside the 14-day window, contact us for help.
